Normally, we will provide you with FOB price. If needed, we can also arrange shipment to most of ports all over the world. In this case, we will receive quotations from several companies and provide you with the best shipping price.

The prefered method of payment is Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). We will provide you with our bank account details during the process. In case of bidding in auction you'll be asked to pay money in advance. Payment should be remitted by Telegraphic Transfer direct to our account. Your local bankers will assist you in the process. Kikawa Corporation reserves the right to charge penalties to cover costs and lost revenue resulting from cancellations or transactions that are not followed through or due to failure of timely payments by customers.

We do not give any warranty for products. However, every machine is inspected by mechanics and we will disclose any interior/exterior damage and every other information for you to make knowledgeable and confident buying decisions.
